Wild West World Craps Out

Just go to the web site for Wild West World. The web site should say it all. Check out the rides. It is a very poor web site. The pics look like they are just as old as you can get. I was lookn at taken the kids to Wild West World, but after lookn at the rides. I think my local fair has the most of the same rides. Go to Wild West World - Home Page it still works.

I read where the owner spent almost 5 years in prison for securities fraud in the 80's and was paroled in 1989. My question is where did he get his money if he is an ex-convict?

I don't think Sunny Beach was being funny.... why wasn't the owner investigated by the Corporation Commission? Why didn't the City of Wichita investigate him before granting the license? I don't get it. I know where an ex-con makes his money, I just don't know why nobody bothered to say no?

We say no by our votes here in DC, but authorities go ahead and do what they want anyway! I think his background was overlooked because development was anticipated along with taxes, new jobs, and potential. It just happened to be a private development instead of a tax supported one, leaving the taxpayers screwed anyway.

All the investors knew about his prison time. It was publicly disclosed early on.

We have a wild west strip rodeo out here. I know cause I saw where they were having "bare-back riders"!
