His friends need to be brought in a questioned again. They need to get their stories straight. Now if it was suicide why didn't his friends say that? Why all the secrecy?

It seems like the very information "was shot" would imply a shooter other than the victim. I hope they're not making their decision out of haste and listening to two guys driving the vehicle (and giving them two distinctly different stories) without checking it out. It all sounds odd.

Information only, the shot took place in the county, so, with that information, the whole case was turned over to the FOSO.

Bangers are notorious for being bad shots. Unfortunately, because of their inaccuracy, an innocent bystander can get hit. RIP Justin Mercado.
