Republicans were calling for Craig’s resignation shortly after the story broke and are already brainstorming who should be his replacement.

Wordy...do you think one congressperson represents the entire Republican Party? There are pervs and pedophiles in all parties. They are not unique to any one party, race, religion or group. There are liars, cheats, and theives in both parties as well. I guess it's all about who they are lying, cheating and stealing from?!? There are bad people all around and they will pop up here and there. IF we the public (who these people work for but are not accountable to) REALLY knew what went on up at the hill we'd probably faint.....(or march on Washington)

He paid hookers for sex but the fine upstanding Republican Party didn't run him out... Why? Could it be because they couldn't be sure the governor would put another fine upstanding republican in his spot?

Or what about Tom Delay? He was booked and charged and they still fought to keep his corruption at their finger tips.
