| OMG! There's few things wrong with this. First, he was towing a bike - a bike!!! - with an auto. Then letting his 70-year-old wife drive the car. THEN he didn't have a helmet on. How funny - well, not really, but still.

| What amazed me was they were both in their 70's! When I hit 70 (if I make it) I will be glad if I can run a motorized wheelchair! ![]() |

| That‘s a street bike and what I learned years ago with the one I had was if it wouldn’t start with the electric starter, get a jump. No amount of pushing, pulling or cranking with the kick starter would fire the beast with a dead battery. Bump starts would work with most dirt bikes and some of the older stuff, but not with something like what he had.

| Don’t know what to tell you Spike. My old 305 Honda would bump start but it had points and a mag. My XS750 Yamaha with CDI and an alternator wouldn’t fire if the battery was low. I don’t think any modern stuff has points or mags anymore. Point is, if it spins off the battery and won’t start it likely ain’t going to bump start. If the guy had a car handy to tow with, he had a battery to jump with. Why risk damage from a tow strap? Dumbass comes to mind.
