| It's all going down in downtown Topeka Seems there's some kind of bomb scare happening this afternoon. Street blocked off and one guy sitting there in cuffs.

| Found this on 49 news Hazardous material incident under investigation in Downtown Topeka Story by Lisa Coble-Krings (Contact) 4:08 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2007 Streets have been blocked off around the areas of 4th and Jackson and 7th and Quincy as Haz-Mat crews investigate a suspicious material. A police dispatcher reports police have responded to the Topeka Transit, 820 Se Quincy St., to investigate a hazardous material. Witnesses say the area near the United States Post Office downtown is also swarming with police. More information as it becomes available. That guy looks like my ex son-in-law
