It's the same thing by both. They should NOT be wasting time debating resolutions condemning someone’s use of the First Amendment when there’s real work to be done.

We can discuss what a hypocritical pig Rush is when he attacks the troops and how Moveon was making a point of a political pawn all we want but they need to remember that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
