Because no one wants to defund the troops Army. Not one person.

If I were in congress my vote BRING THEM HOME but then again if I were in congress I would probably be corrupted by money and power so I cant really say how I would vote.

Im gonna watch the Republican debates tonight to see if there is anyone that I can possibly vote for.

Sure they do...that poll was given person by person...and a large majority people that called themselves Dems individually polled to Defund the troops. Furthermore all of the Senators that voted to defund the troops SPEAK for their constituancy....I still can't find all the Republicans you were talking about that voted to defund the troops....

We are on pace to lose the lowest total of soldiers this month since the war started. It's not easy losing soldiers to combat. Hell the ones that are dying are really being taken out in a chicken shi* way. That does not mean we cut and run. We need to stay until the job is complete. You are frustrated so you throw out things like...Lower the age of enlistment, recruit in middle school...etc...all very unintelligent and non working idea's. How about we DO take care of the soldiers we have on the ground instead of voting to defund them like the Dems you so vehemently defend voted to do...why don't we HONOR those on the ground instead of throwing our hands up and announcing defeat ala' Harry Reid?

SO now on top of all of your other talents you can see into the future. You are my HERO.
The vets MAY be forgotton by SOME.....because there are SOME that don't support the military. But there are MANY that NEVER forget about the vets of ANY war. I will never be thankless towards, forget about the vets NOR marginalize what they have done in ANY war....I wish I could say the same for some of your Dem buddies.

My goodness you two have been busy!
I can’t hang around at the moment but….

OK. You’re in Congress. Here’s what you need to deal with.

What are the projected effects of an accelerated withdrawal and what do you expect Iran, Syria and AQ to do in our absence?

Is the projected fall of the Iraqi government and genocide of a population that is 45% children under 14 acceptable?

Is the control of Iraq by enemies of our country where they are free to recruit and train terrorists financed by oil wells that we helped put back into service good for us?

How strong will we appear to our allies that depend on us and our enemies that want to destroy us if when we finally appear to be making progress we just give up and go home?

You need to wrestle with these issues and sleep with you decisions and actions.

No army

I cannot see into the future at all.

History repeats itself............it doesn't need any predictions from me.

a quote from you. all very unintelligent and non working idea's.

What I posted is called sarcasm. But you know that don't you. You look for any chance to insinuate someone is not intelligent because they don't agree with you.

But that's ok......... not a problem for me, because I am comfortable in my own skin and its like Sandra Day O'connor Quoted

Justice O'Connor closed the conversation with the following anonymous poem.

Sometime when you're feeling important,
Sometime when your ego's in bloom,
Sometime when you take it for granted you're the best qualified in the room,
Sometime when you feel your going would leave an unfillable hole,
Just follow this simple instruction and see how it humbles your soul.

Take a bucket, fill it with water, put your hand in it, up to the wrist,
Pull it out and the hole that's remaining is a measure of how you'll be missed.

You may splash all you please when you enter,
You can stir up the water galore,
But stop, and you'll find in a minute, that it looks quite the same as before.

The moral in this quaint example is do just the best that you can,
Be proud of yourself but remember,
There is no indispensable woman!

I'm not saying you are not intelligent. You are more intelligent than I am I have no doubt. Beyond that you are wise from your age....but I am passionate and sometimes that makes up for a lot. I KNOW what I believe in and definitely do not sit on the fence. Where do YOU stand...or sit?

I am having a serious conflict on where I stand or sit. Plus I do not consider myself more intelligent than anyone else. Age doesn't make you more intelligent, it just gives you a bigger picture of life, and sometimes a different take on what is important..............thats all it does.

I don't agree with you on the passion issue. There will come a time in your life when you will learn that Passion is a very tricky emotion. Its almost like a drug and can cause you to make a wrong decision. I am not talking about sexual passion I am talking about passion of believing in something so strongly that you let it cloud your judgement. I have been there and I find with age that thankfully it dissipates and a voice of reason can be heard faintly in all the clutter.
