443 can't allow it even if it wanted to. Schools are one section precluded from CC by our state law.

Most employers do not let you carry ANY type of weapon to work I believe because of liability. If you work for LOVES or 7-11 you can't have ANY type of weapon. 24 hour stores are robbed at a higher rate but I think they are taught to just give them the money and try to get a decription. LOL

if that Loves doesn't have the sign up and the clerk has a CC then Loves can fire that person but they haven't broken any law. If someone pulls a gun on that clerk they can shoot the criminal. They might get canned but they won't go to jail.

RIGHT BUT, not only will they get canned but say the criminal brings a lawsuit against them...can the company hold the person behind the counter liable because they were not following policy?

If the criminal can still do anything afterward then you need to either use a bigger caliber or shoot straighter.

I've learned a long time ago that to allign myself with one ideology to the exclusion of all other possibilities is complete lunacy.

This allows me to compormise and find middle ground that satisfies all parts of my personality.

Do I believe whole heartedly in my right to carry and use a firearm to protect myself, my family and other human lives? Sure I do.

Do I believe there should be no constraints on how I acquire or store those firearms. Yep.

Have I sold all my guns for a tidy profit at that last gun show to a fellow attendee for cash? That's the story I'd tell if someone tried to take them away.

As far as Lurker's tag line goes - I consider it a badge of honor that he was right ONE time and he wants to memorialize it in that fashion.
