| The "In the Know" section of the paper today said there's a lack of questions. Maybe writing to him will bring some answers out?! or at least the get the idea going for dodge. He wrote "So, if you like the feature and want to see it stick around, be sure to fire those questions off to answers@dodgeglobe.com"

| So what Sowers is saying is that we cant arrest that many people partly because we dont have the jail space to house that many people....that is ridiculous. Jails within a certain area transport overflow to each other. And the rest he said is a load of crap. |

| Mr. Lembright replys Thank you for your letter. To answer your questions: yes, I do believe an ordinance such as GC passed would make the streets safer. And yes, it is possible here. As for obstacles, they would be the same as GC faced. That being the "targeting of minorities". I'm sure this will be discussed at an upcoming meeting. Thanks again for your interest. Jim Lembright
