I don’t understand folks that oppose the death penalty and support abortion on demand.

I agree it should have been done in a more timely manner, but you commit the crime you suffer the consequences. Even if it does take them so long to get it done.

I really don't support the candle burners on death watch, but I did think that this guy was a pretty good expample of what "prison reform" was all about. Too bad that the guys that get paroled don't do as well as he did. I overall am for the death penalty but I gotta say I think this guy met and exceeded all the "hopes and dreams" of any prison warden. I'm sure it was a tough night for the prison staff - it always is. I just hope the Crips don't get pissy about this and start actin stupid on an increased scale. If the courts said it was the right thing then I gotta stand with the courts. He had 24 years to work on getting clemency so there prob was sumthin they didn't tell me on TV.......RIP Tookie.............Next execution date?????.......being Texan I had to add that.........sorry.

Despite what the liberal media wanted you to believe...he wasn't a model prisoner. He beat up fellow prisoners about every other year for several years. He threatened guards...lots of stuff. I would disagree that he met any hopes and dreams of a prison warden. Look into his prison record. He also never admitted to the crime's nor did he apologize. As far as him having to wait a few extra minutes to die...I wonder what was going through the minds of the family he murdered as they watched as he killed each one of them for $100.00....and the bragged about it to his compadre's.....This guy didn't deserve to die that peaceful no matter how many kids books he wrote about gang violence. If he hadn't of been caught...do you THINK he would still write those kids books or do you think he would still be murdering people?

My thought is......if the man ever saw the light of day again, somebody would have taken him out. We might as well do it legally.

Yup...it's just too bad it costs the taxpayers 24 years of food and housing for such a vermin.

One of the victim’s mother claims that the books were written by Tookie’s girlfriend and the best seller sold 300 copies. Not much of an impact.
