| Personally, I say "too bad" for Kansas contractors. If this lake were mine, I, too, would want a contractor EXPERIENCED in this type of construction to do the work. I do feel bad, but feel this is the best course. Sorry Jantz!

| Nobody even mentions Bonding Companies as being Qualifiers. They are the experts on rating a company's ability.
