| They system isn't perfect unfortunately. I'm sure Bush doesn't set there at night and say "how can I NOT take care of soldiers". Soldiers have had more raises, better equipment, better everything under Bush than they had under Bill(how deep can I cut the military) Clinton. Come on Wordy...do you REALLY think Bush doesn't care? (Rhetorical) The President who is ultimately responsible for everything probably doesn't know everything that is going on until something breaks. Just like Abu Garib or however you spell it....it's all good until it breaks.
