Sean Taylor Murder

These kids broke into the man's home and they shot and killed him. I don't care whether they "meant to" or not, they committed burglary and MURDER! Their long arrest records show that they are no "angels". Who is the victim here?

Yeah, I don't like it either. Almost like their attorney wanted the first shot at the media before the media saw the grieving family. It's all about trying them in the public and making sure the public cries for them. It sucks. Let them take their punishment like they men they purport to be.

One less sports hero to polute the values of kids... Hmmm don't care.

Who would give a damn if this was just a black guy who worked at a bettery plant somewhere?

It's always sad when someone is murdered by little pricks like this but why should I grieve for him as an individual?

You should grieve anyone's death - it's a life lost - is his more important due to his profession? No........ it's a loss just the same - perhaps he's better known but I still think I will grieve more for him than I will the crackheads that killed him. Is his life better? No - he just contributed more to society - at least he used his talent to support himself which is more than they did. He siezed an opportunity at the right time, had talent, and now is dead - yeah that's a sad thing. Peace to his family

thousands of people die every day and many of them under similar circumstances, why don't we have a thread for each one?

As for his contribution to society... he played a game. Got paid ass loads of money for it and didn't buy a security system for his house.
