It's our own fault I guess. We have allowed so many Liberals to slither into positions to make such stupidity possible. Our mistake was thinking Liberals would be less likely to side with one group over another but we failed to think about their own agenda.

These people believe if you had 10 million people and 1 had a different point of view, that one persons point of view carries as much weight as the other 9,999,999.

Over 76% of Americans are Christians. Add up the other religious groups, which any one alone is less than 1%, and it doesn't leave many atheists does it?

Democracy my a$$

Suppose it was different and 76% of America was Muslim and not Christian would you fall in line with their views or would you still want to put up your Christmas tree and celebrate what you believe in. What makes our country different from other places like China, Aghanistan and other places where religious persecution is the norm is that here you have the freedom to worship as you please even though you may NOT fall in the majority. Our laws should be neutral towards religion. If not you have to be careful what you ask for because some day Christians may NOT be the majority. It's happening in Europe and it could happen here. I think all religions should be respected.

Intersting how you rarely see past your disdain for me long enough to get the point.

Truly you are a sad man.

See, I've never understood these types of role reversal examples. IF 76% of America was Muslim of course I'd expect to see Muslim influence in everything around. Muslim holidays, decorations, city government. Thats just simple common sense.

Now my guess is if this were the case then I'd probably be Muslim, but for the sake of argument, if I were a Christian I wouldn't expect the city to put up Christian decorations or allow me to put up Christian decorations anywhere but my own home.

Freedom of religion should allow me to practice my religion at home, and it does, but it shouldn't give me the power to dictate how the other 76% practice their religion. I would expect nothing less than to see a major influence of a religion observed by 76% of the people anywhere I go.
