Clearly an indication of a lack of proficiency with the lead scalpel

Brownrigg I remember, but didn't McElhinney do something really stupid, too? I agree, these specialists seem to be able to name their punishment and not get their licenses taken away. I always thought it was because the folks in town couldn't get along without them. They're really no different than others, it's just that their stupid drunken actions are publicized. Yeah, I heard Brownrigg missed, too. But I heard both ways - that he missed on purpose because he didn't really want to kill him, just make him "pay" for "taking" his property/wife. And I also heard he was just too drunk to shoot straight. Either way - people do really stupid things and manage to get off because of who they are/what they do for a living.

I'm not the one that brought it up - it was Army. I'm just saying he did do something wrong, but he got off in court...... just like OJ did.

Well - if a jury of your peers is good enough for OJ it's good enough for anyone. In a small town it takes years for things to die and go away. I actually worked with Brownrigg and at the time he was a pretty nice guy - I always thought Shearer was kinda wierd but nice none the same. There are more names than Terry Lee - he's just the most recent probably.

Small town smut............. it's what legends are made of!! LOL LOL

All I brought up was the charges were reduced...nothing about innocence or guilt or money. Thanks for pointing the finger...lol.
