I just dont understand.. They arrest him, and then collect money to let him out again. THEN he gets arrested AGAIN, and they collect more money and let him out again. Seems to me that he will do it again, or maybe even worse. That is the problem with the system. THey let people go back and do their crime over and over again. I sure hope he gets his "anger" issuses under control before someone really gets hurt or killed. I think it is all rediculas!!!
