Yeah...good luck with that...there will always be someone that knows or finds out and then word gets out....then there goes the business...pfffffffft.

I'm a positive guy but the reality is what it is. There is always a "dodge board" out there somewhere with people that pay attention to what is going on, do research and someone will pull up the news story about him and then it will be out on the streets.

What about the arrest before that? One fight sure...but what about the domestic battery or whatever it was?

According to the paper yesterday, the domestic battery was an out of town relative that was at his house visiting. Someone didn't just show up to his house and start fighting. They were all at the house together......

But, the rest of the story is that the fight was with the boyfriend of the out of town relative and that he was just defending himself against the boyfriend of the relative. It could very well be that because of his prior record that they looked at him as the troublemaker and arrested him. What if it should have been the other way around? The boyfriend of the relative comes into his house and starts the fight. If he hadn't had the prior trouble, do you think that the boyfriend of the relative would have been the one arrested?

Everybody must remember that we live in America. In America the law says you are innocent until proven guilty. There are a lot of you here that have already judged him as guilty without knowing all the facts and without it being presented to a jury of his peers. I say give him the benefit of the doubt and let the facts come out in court and let a jury decide if he is guilty or not. Guilt or innocence isn't something that the members of Dodgeboard or the citizens of Dodge City should decide without sitting in a courtroom and hearing/seeing all the facts in the case as presented by both sides.
