I'm eating there tonight. I guess I should ask if those are the menu prices before I order....hehehe

I used to eat there 3 to 4x a week and he has never changed my prices or the taste of the food I have always ordered the same thing never changing my order.

I always ordered shrimp fried rice extra spicy with the peppers and vegetables on the side, an order of spring rolls and ice tea.

Im big fan of thai food and vietmanese and have never had a problem with them at all

Michaels wife is the sister of Tong from Thai Angel who was the best damn cook I have ever eaten from before he divorced Sue and moved to California and Thai Angel I ate at 5x a week the food was that good and the the place was always full before he moved.

It took awhile for me to accept that as a good enough replacement of Tong and the Old Thai Angel but so far I have good service with the both of them.

I havent eaten there in maybe 6mths since I moved and if they are going down hill that really sucks because there needs to be a better asian place to eat at in Dodge besides either of those crappy buffets and a good Thai food place is really hard to find

To bad!

Fair Prices

Sarocha's keeps their most current prices on their 2go menu. Their prices are very fair considering all the price increases on the market due to the fuel increases and minimum wage increases.

Some reason asian food has this stigma about it that it is supposed to be cheaper than dirt! When you pay thousands of dollars per month for supplies and energy. I don't blame the business at all for asking for one or two extra dollars per dish. Look at applebees on what they charge or for what a whopper and drink will set you back!

Sarocha's food is all fresh and a locally owned business.

Mike and Sarocha are great people and they deserve to make a descent living considering all the work they put into that business.

Thanks for your time!

Ok..no one said the prices aren't fair. The rub is that 1. The PRICES charged weren't listed were different from those on the menu. How would you like to go to walmart and buy a tv listed for 400.00 and find out it's 500.00 when you go to pay for it. It's bad business. It may be posted on the TO GO menu but how in the heck does that help someone eat AT the place?

No one DESERVES a decent living. A decent living is EARNED. You deserve a safe environment to open your business and operate it but earning a decent living depends on your place. If I had a filthy place that sold substandard food do I "deserve" to make money there?

Furthermore when applebee's raises their prices they get new menu's to take out the guess work.

I JUSt got home from dining at Sarocha's Thai Rest. I would have a hard time finding anything to complain about. The food must be pretty good because despite the icky weather out there were several people there eating when we entered. The owner waited on us, answered all of our questions and made suggestions. We wanted larger than a single portion but not a double and he accommodated that request. He threw in complimentary fried banana's (which were excellent) to top off a great meal. If you want friendly, personal service and great food this IS the place to go for Thai food. Their fried rice is the bomb. The portions are huge also...(we brought enough home for a meal tomorrow)....

I'm pretty bitchy about things when I go out to eat so this was a nice change with the service and such. If you haven't been here in awhile I would say..GO eat some Thai food~!

Try the shrimp fried rice and a side order of the spring rolls. Shrimp are big and the springs rolls are even bigger

There’s something about a midgetlover of big shrimps that messes with my head.
