Maybe I missed the posts, but I haven't read that anyone else had a problem with the prices on the menu. Maybe an over-reaction by almese?

Well, I did say something about hoping that for the prices that the food improved. What I had wasn't good. Granted it's been awhile so maybe that has changed but I was not impressed with what I ate in comparison to what I was charged. Again, I have eaten there ONCE and that was a year ago. It was so icky that I probably won't go back.

Great service and food yesterday

Went (a little late) to the lunch buffet. Enjoyed it a lot -- was asked if I wanted more of anything that wasn't there (as I said, it was late lunch) -- I didn't need more -- and was charged a little less because they had been out of a couple of things -- although I had more than enough and it was truly good. The silver noodle soup was amazingly rich. The shrimp, et al, were fine, crisp. Best part was everything was fresh.

yes it is and if you want to try and change it up a little and some white rice to the soup and pepper it up. It is an excellent hang over fix, at least for me it was!

i eat at sarochas all the time, about 2 or 3 times a week.
my favorite is the spicy fried rice (extra spicy) with beef. and i like the silver noodle soup! its really good when your feeling under the weather! (havent tried it for a hang over.... but im sure it would be perfect!)
i really think its the best place to go in this town, there isnt very many places here that are locally owned, and i think that we should really support the "little guy". eveyone in this town complains that there isnt anything good to eat around here, i suggest step out of your box and try it if you havent yet,and if you been there and got something you didnt like go back and try something else.

it was the incorrect price - what was paid at the END of the dinner - not how clean or how good the food was!!! really folks if you picked up a gallon of milk at Dillons and was charged double as you checked-out- guess that's okay??? lotsa' broken threads in this one
