there's a difference in enforcing rules that disrupt the flow of education. Talking on cell phones and being a clown in the class room is totally different than other things that some people enforce. I'm an American citizen and I have chosen multiple times to go against the law. While it is my duty to follow the law i won't if i don't feel it's fair. Civil Disobediance....gotta love it.

That is your choice, and you have the freedom to do so...........now if you choose not to follow the law, do you have any place to complain if you get punished? If you choose to not follow the rules, then you also choose to accept the consequences. Don't play if you are not willing to pay.

As far as I'm concerned they make the rules to prevent the disruption of education. I have just learned that right is right. Just because a teacher enforces the rules doesn't make him or her a nazi or a bad person.
Some rules may not "disrupt education" but are a safety concern or just plain wrong.
