Even though it may be a sex case involving a teacher, just let the system run its course. If there a big uproar before the case even makes it to trial, then there may be problems finding a jury. Just be patient, let the facts come out, and let everything come out in court.

It was a teacher...someone that is trusted with children daily. There SHOULD be a big uproar. I know it's innocent until proven guilty but in some jobs perception is reality and you can't even have the perception of doing things that might be wrong. If I had a kid in her class or even in that school I would be in UPROAR status and asking A LOT of questions.

My thought is.....doesn't look like it was a student. I'm a little relieved. But she's been suspended - innocent until proven guilty, but she'll have a devil of a time finding a teaching position elsewhere no matter what the outcome.

Doesn't look like it was one of HER students or a student at that school. If the kid was a minor they are a student SOMEWHERE and a child.

You also have to take into account that the statement came from Sacred Heart who probably has a lot to lose financially and such if there is a perception an of their kids were in danger soooo...to believe their statement or not...that is a question.

Well......this will be another situation where the Catholic church has to pay off someone due to "an alleged sexual situation". I hope there will be plenty people there at Christmas Mass to fill the coffers...

I would hate for this to be false because her name is ruined already. If it is true I hope she burns. I know if my child had had her as a teacher I would be having a serious conversation with them.

I'm not sure what all it encompasses, but I remember some parents that were brought up on the same charges for emailing a picture of their kids in the tub to some relation.
