Here is the "meat" of what they decided last night....

When I went and got the app I was told the ending date was at the end of Jan.

I just found a way to keep smoking in businesses in Dodge City and keep the "second-hand smoke" alarmists happy!!

We can just spread cow sh!t down on the floor of all smoking establishments....

I want to see the full regulation. Why isn't it printed in the paper? I don't want to see "essentially". I want to se exactly. Did they touch motels, outside venues, private clubs?? What did they do EXACTLY!!

"They" don't want you to know. I wondered about it also.

Didn't the paper say something about 8 certain regulations to get a smoking area? I only read about 2 or 3. Wonder why the rest isn't important. Did they make it sooo difficult, that no one will get past the first 2 or 3? LOL
