Why do rapists & murders need rights??
Good idea, A bit of "Nightstick" ingenuity, especially for child molesters

Rapists and murder's have rights because they are citizens or live in the U.S. A terrorist caught overseas in not only probably not a citizen but in some cases not even part of an organized Army.

So Spike...do you think if someone is caught in Iraq or whereever and are supsected/accussed of being a terrorist that they should be brought to the U.S., given a court appointed lawyer, be held in our jails and given the same due process of law as our citizens?

No.
But I think the should be allowed some sort of Judicial process.
Torture & release doesn't cut it...

"suspected/accused"
I wouldn't put too much faith in those two words.
Reminds me of the Nazis.

What's that I smell? Smells like, uh...hyperbole.

How can those two words congure up an image of jack booted, goose stepping Nazis? Gimme a break.

I have no problem with some torture on a suspected terrorists if it would save lifes. I have a feeling you wouldn't either if it involved saving you or your family directly. This has been an ongoing argument between people that will go to great lengths to keep our country safe and those that want to protect the terrorists "rights". I guess it's up to you how you feel.

My feeling is he wouldn’t mind a little torture if it was under a Democrat president. All Spike wants is anything to discredit Bush even if it means loosing a war. Even the Democrat presidential candidates outlined their plans for defeat in the debate last night. “Win” is not in their vocabulary except when referring to elections.

Why would you say that?
It wouldn't matter who's in the W.H.

Are you voting for the left?
I'm not, so what's your point?
