Mexico will hand him over - it's too high profile to have a US citizen (which he is) that's a Marine, fleeing justice to Mexico. He'll be picked up - I have no doubt

Mexico doesn’t extradite criminals if we intend to prosecute for a death penalty crime. We have to agree to not peruse the death penalty and then it’s still uncertain because the bum is still considered a Mexican citizen even after he became a US citizen.
