HAHAHAHAHA....exactly. They said what the American voters want to hear to get elected. Look at the states cracking down on illegals. They all have something in common...REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP. NOW...look at the places that are sanctuary cities for illegals....another thing in common...DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP. You do the math on that one.

Oklahoma has set the standard and is leading the way on immigration reform and that state is run by republicans throughout.

We can't blame illegals COMPLETELY for ruining the economy, but they definitely had a big part! Then again, I also don't think we should spend TONS of money to deport them either. They need that soft little blanket they have had under their a$$es RIPPED out from under them. Employers will have the gavel dropped on them so illegals won't have the jobs. Then they can take their path to citizenship, which will include fines and learning English, or GO HOME!

I think the 2 opinions of the Dems make a lot of sense. Course that's what having a choice of who to vote for exhists. I'm pretty republican at heart but I am also very realistic and would rather work on a problem than continue to lay blame.

They want to control the hiring process, secure the borders, give those that will never go home a way to become US citizens, get rid of the criminals and go on with life.

For my vote that doesn't sound too bad - it certainly sounds humane and logical and besides there aren't enough LEO to even think about patrolling the border. I'm tired of the mouthing and no action by the other side. Besides McCain is pretty Democrat himself.

Right...we don't need to deport them. They would self deport. The DEMS do NOT want to secure the borders. They as a whole voted against the fence and any other measures to curb illegals. Anyone can go look up how they voted in immigration issues.

I understand your point TexKan, but think about what will happen should we remove the incentive of illegals to be here.

No need to secure a boarder when they have no reason to flood it.

As has been said, they would deport themselves with no incentive to be here.

Stop giving handouts to illegals, and they have an incentive to become legal Americans.

They come here illegally and work here illegally because they can.
