Shawnee Dist Court Issues Gaming Opinion

Judge Andrews issued a strong opinion in favor of the constitutionality of the Kansas Expanded Lottery Act today and ordered that Kansas Lottery is free to continue implementing State owned and operated casinos that are consistent with his opinion.

The issue will be appealed to the Kansas Supreme Court and its hoped a final ruling will be made fairly quickly.
