He voted no on what? Not the PAA that we’re discussing. That bill never got to the floor for a vote. Pelosi wouldn’t allow it. Last time I checked, Pelosi was Democrat leadership in the House, not Moran.

I see the problem. You’re referring to a bill for a three week extension. I’m referring to the version to make it permanent, not temporary. Different bills. The permanent version was never brought to the floor for a vote.

Voting no on an extension makes sense when you’re pushing for the permanent version.
