| That's a good point. No one likes the sacrifice to come from their loved ones. We have all been touched in one way or another by the war but we wouldn't be where we are today if our loved ones didn't make those sacrifices throughout the young history of our great nation.

| I've lost family before in war. It's never something you want, but they lost their lives for something they believed in, whether you believed in it or not. When you find yourself face with something that matters more then life, you are willing to give it up for that cause. Be it a war, or protecting your family on your own property.

| No. I personally have lost a 1st cousin and a family friend. They both believed in what they were over there for. I still support what we are doing over there. You can talk to a lot of families that have lost loved ones, and hear the same thing. I realize to some that may not be the same as a close family member, but I have talked to their parents and they feel the same way.

| One of the things that makes this country great is to be able to have different opinions, and still we are able to get along! Mostly! lolol Lady Clinton sure has a bad memory, could be due to her age and or PMS. Who knows for sure! Yet when she make the comment on how she was being fired upon by snipers, well that was a little much! No parent I know of would have they're child meet her on the tarmac and then Walt's down that same tarmac! Wow, Things such as this angers us all simply because we "HOPE" that we would be able to find one who just may be a "little" honest! Same ole same ole! Just my thoughts. |

| Jesse Ventura Running for President? WWE's Latest Creative WM24 Marketing Ploy Submitted by Michael Bluth on Friday, March 14, 2008 at 1:00 PM EST -- The central theme of Jesse Ventura's new book is whether the former wrestler and governor of Minnesota should run as an Independant for President of the United States later this year. Ventura writes: “As I begin to write this book, I’m facing probably the most monumental decision of my 56 years on this planet. Will I run for president of the United States, as an independent, in 2008? Or will I stay as far away from the fray as possible, in a place with no electricity, on a remote beach in Mexico?” CAREFUL JESSE............ since the stooges are all dead..... | My daughter lives in Minnesota and says that Jesse was the best thing that ever happened to them. He took the state from running in the defecit to breaking even. He had the highest approval rating of any governer that state has ever had. She would vote for him "in a heartbeat"! I dunno...seems it would be odd to have a "rasler" as our president. I guess stranger things have happened....look at our city commission. |
