| He's received many letters from the IRS and yet he has snubbed his nose at them, claiming the government has no right to collect taxes.
What would happen if we all stopped paying taxes? No roads, no school, no armed forces- no nothing! He was trying to get others to stop paying taxes too.
They felt he'd be a good person to make an example of because of his high profile- they were right. I bet that sent a strong message to many others.
