Holy Beejeezus! The truck has a half tank of gas in it. Will probably have that same half tank in it for a couple of months. Can't afford to drive it!!! The VW now takes almost $50 to fill it. I looked at a new one and the mileage estimate is lower. What's up with that?

Binky I think if you'll read some of the past posts on this board you'll see that high oil prices are due to enviormentalists, Democrats, Chinese, Indians (not native--yet!), no new refineries, global markets, etc. It has nothing to do with abuse, profiteering, etc. Nah, not the innocent oil companies...........

Here too. Gas prices haven't loaded up the school buses yet. Living across from the HS and MS, still see the same amount of traffic. Parking lot for HS still full and parents still driving MS kids.

What's really weird is that the crude price is the highest ever and our gas went down a few cents.....
