| Sundance apartments We heard that their utilities are going to be shut-off. Anybody know what's going on?     |

| Would not surprise me in the least, I have heard for a long time they have a hard time paying bills, but the bad thing is that they can't do a thing about it here the bills are paid elsewhere.

| Aren't a lot of their apt's section 8 housing or something where they get subsidized from the gov't?

| Does the rent include utilities? I wouldn't think it would be OK if I paid my rent (including utilities) and my utilities were cut off because my landlord couldn't get his act together. Hmmm. There has to be a way around this for the tenants. Not the tenant's fault, not the utility company's fault - it's the landlord's fault - and guess what? He couldn't care less.....

| legally the tenants could move out if the landlord quit providing essential amenities without due cause(tenants paying bills). Even if they had a months still left on their lease they could move out and then the landlord would have to pay for part of the new places rent and the moving fees for burdening the tenant.

| I am curious whether this is an issue at the DC location only? Sundance apartments are located in other Kansas communities, and I am curious as to whether it would affect other locations or is this a problem that is limited to only the one location.
