What do you think should be done about spending so much money on aids in African nations when the count is rising in America.

Personally I think America first.... its just one thing after another that needs to be addressed here ...IMHO

How much more can the taxpayers of this nation stand ? I do donate to charities, I believe in it, but should taxes be used for charities in other nations when we are inundated with so many problems ?

We are truly being beaten to our knees, and it seems to me it won't be long until we are laid to rest.

I do have to agree, I mean I think it's great if we can help out where we can when so many need the aid, but surely we have a responsibility towards our own country before we go leaping around the globe?

Doesn't it seem funny that our tax money goes to everyone else around the world before it goes to the ones that provide it??

By the way, many of these diseases that are recurring in the US, are being brought in by immigrants. Polio, small pox, TB, to name a few, were once nearly non-existent in the US. Now they are recurring again.

Somebody help me.....before we allow folks to emigrate to the US, do we not check their vaccinations? If I go overseas, the first thing I have to do is check that I have the proper vaccinations.

We don't check the vaccinations of those that come here illegally, unless they ask at the free clinic.
