Those anti-smoker activists are at it again!!

Smoking bans are moving outdoors, challenging the rights of smokers who puff outside buildings and on sidewalks.
On Tuesday, Washington state voters will consider the first statewide ban on smoking outdoors within 25 feet of buildings that prohibit smoking.
That would mean smoking near offices, stores, theaters, restaurants and government buildings could bring a $100 fine. The effort follows the widespread success of indoor smoking bans.

So what will follow the widespread success of outdoor smoking bans, if this is successful?

Soon, you wont be able to smoke in your own back yard!

That sounds the same crap as what they are trying to do in Cleveland or Columbus up here but sure are going about it very easy like! Lots of upset people about it up here which suprised me for Yankeeland! If it passed, the only legal place a person would be able to smoke is INSIDE their own home! Im glad that this afternoon I was able to stop off at the local Tobacconists shop and pick up a neat item, a new cigarette tobacco injector machine (It injects tobacco into a pre-made cigarette paper tube w/filter) so that I can make my good cheap smokes even faster and easier than the cheap plastic injector ive been using! I can handle .65 a pack a LOT easier than paying what the money grubbing govt people are shoving down our throats!

My dad orders his from some indian reservation and they mail them. Don't know how they can do it but he saves a bunch on taxes. I looked at them, they did not have a tax stamp on them. Aren't those illegal?

I have been at some facilities in KANSAS, and specifically in SW KANSAS, where even smoking on the premises-outdoors was banned. It was funny to drive by there and see the employees all standing across the street on the sidewalk, smoking!

Geez, take out "prisons"------you cannot have any tobacco on the premises, or you will be terminated. However, some of the "inmates" have "funny tobacco" there!

Even though I have recently quit partaking myself, I don't hold it against anyone, as that is their choice. The world has gotten pretty "screwy" in the last decade or so. One person bitches, and then the other 42 million has to conform!!

Back in the 70s I took a big toke off of a during a concert in our civic center. A cop comes up and says that the Chief told them that no one was allowed to smoke. He smiled and walked away..... Thanks Moon.
