| ya know...........I think there must be a "gentleman's agreement" between drivers and Hiway patrol/City Cops up here during rush hour. You only see the cop with somebody stopped if there's been an accident. If there's a cop on the side of the road, traffic slows down to around 40 miles per hour - even though it's posted no less than 45 (I think) nor more than 60 (in some spots) and it really snarls traffic. During rush hour, somebody's liable to start shootin!!! And I've never seen a cop using radar equipment during rush hour - either on city streets or on the hiways. There are some mobile radar units out here to tell us what our speed is, but never manned. And nobody slows down. Wow. What a nightmare! ![]()
