Thanks Army for a good response to jeewhatevers kiss and run. When faced with facts thats what they do. Do I agree with Bush on everything, HELL NO. But I do know this Country is better off with his Presidency than the previous one. It is too bad that 'some' base their feelings on what this country can do for them, instead of what is best for all.

Bush has left/is leaving us with the largest deficit in government since I was a child. He has also run up the national debt so much that the national debt clock will run out of digits before or right around the time of Bush's departure.

People always bash Clinton, and I'm not saying that he was a great President, by any means. But, while he was President, he was able to reduce government spending and actually have a surplus instead of a deficit. Also, the national debt clock was at a stand still, if not actually running backwards....

Ok....when you have a war to fund and something like Katrina hit you have to spend more than usual. Bush did this AND cut taxes. Bubba had a surplus via the largest tax increase ever. He spent less because he had a Republican ran congress putting his ass in check. If Bush raised taxes to the rate of what Bubba did and we cut and run from Iraq and defunded the troops ala Jeeze and the Dems there would probably be a surplus.

I don't agree with all that Bush has done either BUT...the things that matter to me....My family being safe, a strong military and a tax cut or two along the way I believe Bush did ok on. I wonder where we would be with the OTHER choice...Kerry.

A war in Iraq that he started!! What about Afghanistan and the hunt for Bin Laden? The war we should be fighting has been all but forgotten because of the war we should never have started in the first place.

Oh please! Bush is just tightening up a few loose ends that he inherited. It’s a bipartisan thing to do.

Still waiting on an answer Jeeze.......How is Bush going to finish us off in the last year of his presidency?
