If he was supposed to fund the fence with $3 billion and he proposed $2 billion, isn't that a 33% reduction?

Some illegals do file a return with what is called a TIN or Tax Identification Number. It is a number given to individuals who don't have Social Security Numbers. The tax rebate/loan from next years taxes is, or at least was, able to go to those sho filed with a TIN. I heard they were looking at closing that loophole, but I don't know if it got accomplished.

I'm guessing that a TIN means YOU pay taxes. Well since there is such an argument over who should get money - I wonder what the alternative for economy stimulus is.

Why do we even bother to vote..... if the status quo is gonna be the deciding factor in a close election....I say TOSS A COIN ....that would be the fairest way.

I don't know what it all means but it sounds underhanded. As my dear old Kentucky mother used to say " Something's rotten up the branch"...Im not sure what it means except SOMETHING STINKS.

Democrats, you are losing me as even a possibility. Jeeeeeeeesus !

Democratic Superdelegates

Someone please explain it to me I just don't get it.
Not to worry about super delegates JW, it won’t come to that.

Howard Dean says they’re going to cut a deal in a back room before the convention.

Democracy, Democrat style.

It’s change, embrace it.

You are right bubba...you just left out all the other money he added for border security. Either way it's still not enough. The fence is just one aspect of border security.

If you haven't noticed Highway - not all of us voting the other direction are really happy about what we have to do to change the tide. We do it because we love our country and despise what political parties have done to our country. It's hell bent - right or wrong - stand by your party attitudes that have sent us looking for a candidate that we feel will change the insanity that has been endorsed by right and winged people for years.

Get over it............... I'm certainly not alone in what I have decided.

The only problem I have with your solution is, voting for the "other" party is no different. No change, more of the same B.S. Oh yeah there might be a small change here and there, but not in any of the things you care about. They are both about BIG GOVERNMENT and staying in power. If you really want things to change you should wait for a third party canidate to vote for. Of course that would be throwing your vote away to make a point, but to change to the other good ole' boy party is a waste as well.

If Ron Paul wasn't so waaaaaaaaaaaayy out there on some issues I think he says what the majority of people feel is the direction the country should take, which is less gov't more personal responsibility.

Somebody said in an earlier post that they hate the two party system. I agree totally but switching from one to the other for so-called change makes no sense unless you haved changed your position on some moral and personal positions, such as abortion, gun control etc.
