You missed the point. It wasn't to bash bush for having any money or that his personal wealth has fallen, it was to show that he's not banking all that profit that some say he's making from the war. Perhaps he is hiding it in Dick's account.

Grandfather Bush made money from the Nazi's and George W's father made money from business relationships with the Arabs, most notably the Bin Laden family. Some people have no moral scruples when it comes to getting their snouts into the trough!
