You might not realize this but there ARE more than one side to any story. So you get an e-mail that makes a claim, you go see what the other side says and then... 2) I remind the reader that there are other third party sources to check. I guess I could find OTHER 3rd party sources but I'm not interested in doing the work for those tool lazy to go find it.
