If the mechanics of your writing are such that it puts the reader off and nobody reads your thoughts - you've wasted the time and effort.

Ok this is what I read, "yeah but if nobody reads what you write because of the mechanics of your writing you would do just as well to keep it to yourself", now correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see where Wordy said to keep your opinion to yourself. What I think he was stressing is the fact that people don't pay attention to spelling/grammar.

If you go back and look I was responding more to what Lurker wrote when he pointed out your writing mechanics.

So, it might do you more good to whine about it to him while he's still his old self.

Well wordy my main objective was simply to state an obvious point in a political debate. And as you so perfectly pointed out earlier about a certain someone being off topic lets discuss that a little farther shall we. If you wish to do battle by using big words and thinking to confuse me you have got it all wrong. I dont see how my lack of grammer has anything to do with me trying to take part in a topic I find interesting. Now if you have an oppinion about McCain I would be quit interested in hearing it, if not then go bother someone who like listening to your off-topic rambling.
