What concerns me about McCain

What concerns me about McCain:
Quote:

A man running for the Presidency of the USA thinks it funny to publicly sing “Bomb Bomb Bomb, Bomb Bomb Iran”to the melody of the Beach Boys Barbara Ann!

When he was told that exports of cigarettes to Iran are high, replied, “That’s a good way of killing them”!

When asked about his knowledge of economics, (highly relevant in today’s world), he said: The issue of economics is not something I’ve ever understood……”
On one occasion he let his irritation on the subject of economics slip by referring to it as “the credit c**t”

This is the man who can’t tell the difference between Sunni and Shia, basic facts you should know if you’re conducting a war in Iraq!

He calls for “ruthlessly” slashing government spending – but only focuses on spending on the poor.

When he was told paying for healthcare plunged many 80-year-olds into poverty, he said: “Most of us don’t have the luxury of living to be 80 years old, so it’s hard for me to feel sorry for them.”

Later, one of those very 80-year-olds approached him because she was terrified she wouldn’t be able to pay her medical bills. Phil Gramm – McCain’s “best friend in politics”, laughed and told her to find herself a rich husband. He chuckled: “People say I don’t have a heart. I do. I keep it in a quart jar on my desk.”

It’s worth taking a closer look looking at Gramm, McCain’s best friend. He is on record as saying government regulation of the economy is akin to communism”, and must be destroyed!

His first great step towards this goal came in the 1990’s when he championed and pushed through the law that exempted Enron from both government regulation and public disclosure, on the grounds these were “unacceptable fetters on the free market”. Enron was his biggest campaign contributor, and employed his wife to the tune of $1million a year.

The billionaire Warren Buffet pointed out that Phil Gramm has twice tossed “financial weapons of mass destruction” into the US economy.

McCain – the supposed scourge of buying influence – was even happy for Gramm to be simultaneously a paid lobbyist for the mortgage industry and helping to write his speeches about the mortgage crisis!

McCain has hinted that he’ll make Gramm Treasury Secretary – great choice John!

That would have been a well put together post if it hadn't been plagiarized from Johann Hari. The least you could have done was give the author credit, that's just proper netiquette. You even changed the first line "What concerns me about McCain" and passed it off as your own compilation. Very cheesy!

If you look at the time of my post it was 11.33pm, I was tired and just about to go to bed after a long day, ,hence my error, which as you will see, has been rectified. The article was brilliant and I would recommend it as a good read for all our Republican friends on here.
Thanks Tee, I appreciate and endorse your comment.
