Fox News, Wall Street Journal...I am so convinced.
Aft...she brought her daughter into the milieu by announcing her pregnancy; now that should be disgusting.
She was answering the lies and hate spewed forth by the media and the leftwing blogosphere you slivering snake of a human, she didnt bring it up until she was ravished for two days by the media and leftwing haters like yourself. Pay attention to what is happening in the world before you spew forth your uneducated opinion.
There are other sources that revealed the teleprompter problems as well. Regarding the pregnancy, it was publicly announced after the left wing blogs were starting rumors that Sarah Palin's young baby with down's syndrome was actually her daughter's. The best way to defeat a rumor is to just come out and state the truth, which she did. I would like to think the family had some input as to whether Sarah Palin pursued the VP role. If they would have felt that it was in the daughter's best interest for Sarah to not seek the VP, then they would have made that choice. Children being put in the public eye is just a part of the office. Chelsea Clinton was the butt of many jokes when Bill was president, and you also had the drinking exploits of the Bush daughters. It just comes with the territory.
"you slivering snake of a human"
Ah, the dignity of human discourse. Thank you.
What's not to like about her! Really! What a "normal" person.
1. She is against abortion in rape and incest cases.
2. She supported the secession of Alaska from the USA (America first..RIGHT!)
3. We are all now well aware of her travesties as a mayor (of a sprawling metropolis...)
4. Perpetually inserts God into everything. Which is a problem when she attends a church that openly believes that the Jews are the root of many global problems.
Just those alone make me think :swiming:![]()
Wow. I came back to a million posts to read and fell in the middle of this one. Couldn't wait to get to the end to post a response.
Politics aside, I have to vehemently disagree with your take on this subject, eunuch.
I believe the Palin's fully understood and made a conscious decision before she even accepted the offer to be on the ticket. She's not a dummy, after all - give the lady a little credit. They aren't in the wilderness! She's surely watched other politician's families ripped apart by the press. They all knew it would happen. That she introduced her family AND her future son-in-law tells me they're okay with it.
When the Veep's daughter was discovered to be gay, nobody reacted and nobody 'blamed' the VP nominee. Holy God, people - it happens. She's against abortion under any circumstances. She shows that in her everyday life. How more honest would you want her to be? She knew before the baby was born there were problems and I'm sure they gave her an option to abort. But she chose not to because she doesn't believe in it. The same for the daughter. How many other parents would have whisked their daughter off to the nearest abortion clinic?
I believe this one is the real deal, whether she read her speech off the teleprompter or not. I believe her husband is as uncomfortable in a suit and in the public eye as anybody else, but he is supporting her in this challenge. I believe that of her children as well. I'm proud to be of the same gender and only wish I could walk just a few steps in her shoes.
When the goin' gets tough, the tough go shoppin'!![]()
I guess your view of a normal person and the rest of the country are different. Heaven forbid she is against abortion. I guess she should be grayer about it, you know, not stick to her core beliefe that all life is worthy not just life you and others deem worthy. Yeah, that makes her a bad person alright. Also, the traveties she had as a mayor.....nope, none come to mind but I guess I could go check the Daily Kos for a more enlightened view. As for her church....I did not know they blame the Jews for everything. I didn't find anything saying they did, but again I must not be looking in the right places. Being agnostic, though, I am sure your authority and open-mindness of any religion is pure.
There is a very obvious difference between pissing in a pool and pissing into a pool. Politicians can't seem to tell that.
