Well I guess I could have pointed out that the $40 you "won" that day was likely only a small portion of the money you've handed over to the lottery since you started playing it and you likely haven't even begun to break even yet.

actually I don't buy lottery tickets very often....I might spend a couple of dollars every 3 or 4 months. I probably am in the hole, but not by much as I usually at least win my dollar or so back.

I have found that "very loud, very direct" english will bring about anyone into line, whatever line your in be it a hispanic or gringo. Hell, there might be an ole redneck, army trained, guy who doesn't care (or give a sh*t) for their feelings or stupidity. We have to fight crime, where we see it.
