Welcome back, Blondie - I was about thinkin' you'd escaped!!!

I worked at Kohl's at night after the last divorce several years ago. We were told never to let more than 3 people stand in line or we were to call all available cashiers to the front. You shoulda seen the employees hide that work in the back! It's the customer service thing that irritates me at Wally's. They don't care that you're spending money in their store - they're content to take anybody's money. I'd prefer to buy at a store where I'm appreciated as a customer. Unless I'm going to save big bucks - like $20 on one item, I just won't shop there (Wally's).

Gosh, everyone is so "edgy" today! What always cracks me up, is how everyone talks about how "friendly" people are in Dodge City! If you ask me, most of the times I get treated poorly in Dodge City businesses. Whenever I get treated that way, I try to avoid doing any further business at their establishment!

Actually "immitation is the sincerest form of flattery" is maybe what you were trying to say. And fwiw I do not immitate you nor do I choose to. To mimic someone means to ridicule or mock and is not in any way shape or form flattery nor was it meant to be my me.

I only have about 12 hairs left. 20 years in the army and doing 6 years in recruiting will make them go away fast! I'm not splitting hairs really...it's just when you say something like "mimickery is the greatest form of flattery", I have to laugh. I know what you mean, I think, but the way it comes out is funny. Hell I'm not sure mimickery is even a word in our language..(maybe it's hispanic)but it might be. It's just funny. And what's even more hilarious is that you were serious when you wrote it.
