Hey, Bubba - I hope they at least have good seats if they're going to freeze their butts off! Sis has just told me we're in nosebleed territory. THAT makes me sooo happy. What's watching a game if you're not freezing and in nosebleed seats? Hopefully, I can talk her into taking one of the buses instead of driving. I don't relish hunting for a car in the parking lot OR trying to get out after the game. But then, I suppose the stands will be empty of Chiefs fans by half time and the only folks left will be Bronco's fans!!!

I miss a lot of things because I don't understand their realities. One of those is attending large scale, National sporting events where one could sit at the far reaches of human perception when television offers a better view of the event whilst in greater creature comfort. And at a more affordable price.

Unfortunately, Lurker, me too!!! I used to love the Chiefs games for the ambience. But as I get older, the cold gets colder and the car is NEVER close enough. And I don't like the door dings that are inevitable when they park you too close together. I couldn't pass up a chance to be with little sister, but now am questioning my reasoning!!!

I think they're in nosebleed section too, but towards the front of it, not the very top.

At what point during the season do you change strategy from trying to win. To trying to lose intentionally so you get to pick your drafts quicker? Kinda like the card game hearts.:green: Cheifs fans arent tryin to hear that just yet.

Lurker, it's the experience as a whole. It's going 3 hours early to tailgate and hang out with other fans. It's meeting people (last time I went I met 5 guys from New York, damned Jets fans) and having fun. It's the noise, the excitement and the great food...and that is before a game gets started. There's just SOMETHING about being there live. It's like seeing the Rolling Stones live instead of watching them on a DVD....it's just better...(until it gets cold!)

The Chiefs played um...not-so-good this weekend. They should have just kept pounding LJ. He's a one man wrecking crew.

I went to a Stones concert and was nearly thrown in jail twice. Once for lighting a cig and the other was for bogarting a joint.
