I was talking to a friend from Oklahoma City, and he said a local guy had bought the Seattle Supersonics and was moving them to OKC. Anybody hear anything about this? So if this is true, I guess the NO team will be going back to New Orleans----------Makes sense by the crowds they drew last year, that the OKC area can support a team.

A group of investors from OKC bought the Sonics, they will not move the team unless the city of Seattle won't build a new arena or do some major renovations to the existing arena. They currently have a contract that runs until 2010 with the city of Seattle. At least that is what I read in the news article.
