| Woo Hoo! I'm glad to say I watched the whole game (except part of the 3rd quarter when I fell asleep). Glad I watched. Now watching Denver/Pitt. Good game, but I'm not sure the real Steelers bothered to show up......what was their problem in the first quarter? Hubby's a dyed-in-the-wool Steelers fan. He hangs the Chiefs flag during their game, then switches it for the Steelers game. Neighbors must think we're nuts. Anyway it's halftime and about to go back to the game. See ya'all later!

| OK Muffie, I have finally returned the "i" to the Chiefs!! But, I still don't like Herm Edwards, although he has made a few good calls. Did ya catch the Indie vs Patriots game? Pretty good game too. And da Bears got beat by the Fish!! |

| That's going to be a grating ? over the next few weeks. Green is slated to come back around week 11. If the Chiefs are firing on all cylinders I'm not sure that they will toss him back in right in the middle of a run of wins. They go to Miami next week where they usually don't fare well but Miami just had a HUGE upset over Chicago and are set for a letdown. Although Huards numbers are great, again thank the coaching staff and the system. He is a game manager and not a risk taker but doesn't do well under pressure...he puts the ball on the ground and when they get to the big games he cannot do this....(Denver, San Diego) The Chiefs did suffer some key injuries to both offense and defense. We'll see how long those key players are out. I think if he's ready to go they put Green back in against the Raiders in week 11. If he shows any sign of rust or not having all of his faculties you do NOT hesitate to put Huard in. At least we now know we have a somewhat capable back-up qb. Next year they better draft one though.....

| I agree with Army. As soon as Green is healthy and has had a couple of weeks (at least one) of practice with the team, put him back in. But at the slightest idea of any lingering injury or maybe Green not playing up to his usual standard because he's afraid of being hurt again, then pull him back out and put Huard in. He's now a professional and has proven he can manage the team on the field. I think let them play Green 2nd and 4th quarters for a game or two before throwing him back in and expecting him to play the whole game like he did.
