| Marty is a great Coach. When he coached the Chiefs for 10 years they were one of the winningest teams in the AFC but they never made it to the show. Last night they looked as if they just don't want to win. They are happy with field goals....grrrrrrrr

| Donnie Edwards, another Chiefs cast-off, didn't look too bad last night for the Bolts, either. He had several sacks, and an interception. Marty was a great Coach every place that he went to. I assumed after he got the deal at Washington, getting paid ALOT of money to not have to Coach, that he would kind of coast down and enjoy life. But Marty, like most of the good ones, are Coaches to the end. I bet San Diego is glad that they picked him up. Now if he can just get that "Monkey off his back" and win the big one, that would make his day. The Pittsburgh Coach finally achieved that last year. That is the same thing that haunted Roy Williams in KU basketball too, the "monkey on the back". He left for N Carolina, and shot the monkey. I'm kinda getting used to my monkey. Had him for too long, and I finally got him trained to be a "trunk monkey"! ![]() |

| We're in the playoffs!!!!! Maybe they can straighten up and get us to the big dance for once.....it's been a while! That would turn Kansas City on its ear!

| Miracles do exist...KC went through the back door and made the playoffs. Despite the injuries early in the season and other issues they made it. That's the good news. They play the Colts on the road. The Chiefs strength is Indy's weakness...the run. They need to give the ball to LJ about 35 - 40 times, that way Trent Green can't throw the game away with interceptions. Deserving or not...the Chiefs made it...Congrats and good luck!
