The very first Chiefs offensive play of the game told the whole story to come. Colts had 8 guys in the middle, and the Chiefs run LJ up the middle! Come on Coaches, get a little creative!! I gotta agree with LJ, what he said a few games ago. You can't just keep running the same play over and over, because the defense is prepared for it. Like slamming your head into a brick wall, hoping that sooner or later it will break.

No Green could have done a lot worse...the two tackles for the chiefs were pathetic. Those defensive ends dominated the field and Green was under pressure. If Huard would have been in the game it would have been just the same. The tackles played like crap. The Chiefs offense shut down and eventually the defense got tired of carrying the load. I didnt expect the chiefs to win, BUT they had a damn good chance to win that game. It's a shame.

Sarge my boy, how you gonna disrespect my cowboys man. Cowboys choked just as the chiefs did. To tell the truth, i really would have wanted the cowboys to have been blown away as the chiefs were than to have the cowboys beat themselves and ruin their chances. Also I find it funny how you are quick to jump on TO. Post game interview he says Romo feels horrible, puts no blame on anyone, he just states the facts. It's apparrent that you dislike TO, as did I until the whole "attempted suicide" that the media had a hay day with. TO gets a bad rap for anything, you know it and i know it.

Die hard 'Boys fan here.............the only bad wrap TO could ever get is if he put out a hip-hop album. Other than that, the man gets what he brings upon himself. Good player, yes............thats it. Great player........no. He drops more than he catches and I can understand not throwing to him. If the "Boys could have ever been to the point where they could have afforded a few drops, then throw to him. Other then that, let him block for players who count.

I wanted them to win but knew it was not going to happen. As much as I love the team, they had no business going any further than they did. Now I can root for the Saints like I have for many, many years and not feel guilty.

As for the Chiefs..........that offense looked totally demoralized. They had no swagger, no gusto. It was like they just layed back and figured the defense was doing great, we can catch up anytime. Hopefully they can rebound in the off season and come back strong, they deserve it.

It's not that I don't like TO (I really don't though), its just more that he is known for 2 things. Droping the ball and speaking his mind. The main reason that I wanted them to lose is that that most of the guys in my unit are Cowboys fans, and I really didn't want to hear the whole my team won and yours didn't thing. However, did you see Florida DEMOLISH Ohio State?!?! Now that will be the topic around the water cooler for a good week or two. But back to my question. Draft pick... New O-Line or New LB? BTW, when are they going to use that rookie Croyle? Is this Green's last horrah? Can we manage to keep T-Gonz? And as for Super Bowl picks... Colts-Saints... or maybe Pats-Bears. And there you have it.

Close, but no cigar. Super Bowl will be Chargers-Saints, with the Saints taking the title.

I agree with you Bubba. I think the Saints go Marching on. San Diego can beat anyone if they play ball. I do think though the AFC can be taken by anyone. Never count out the Pats. Chicago can go if their D takes them.

Ravens are no slouch this year either in the AFC. Bears could be a toss-up depending on Grossman/Griese-------------

Well I think like a few on here it will be the Saints/Chargers in the Super Bowl with the Chargers winning the entire thing. Now that my Chiefs are gone I gotta root for my fellow Horned Frog, LT!

I think the Chiefs better start searching for a new Coach. Maybe Bill Cowher is already to "reconsider" retirement!

The logical choice for the SB is probably Chargers and Saints. However, if you have learned anything from the NCAA season, you never know until the "fat lady sings"!

Along those same lines, does anybody think a Florida vs Boise State game would be a good "final decision"? After all, the best record is Boise State---undefeated. Somehow, the BCS Championship, although it was a good game for at least the first half, just was drug out way too long this year! 51 days between the end of the season and the Championship, sucks. Whatever happened to having the Bowl games all decided by Jan 2nd?

Personally, I think the Chiefs need to consider a new General Manager. His head is solidly up his ass 100% of the time. He calls the shots up here on playing staff, make no mistake about it. Then blames the coaching staff when they can't make it work. A better idea would be to let the coaching staff have a vote for the best guys that can actually play well.
