I fail to see how me not being a fan of American Football makes me "ungrateful". It was certainly disrespectful of me to ridicule it, hence my heartfelt apology, but ungrateful?

I think the problem with your initial post was your lack of humor or background to it, for what it's worth I accept the apology. As you may or may not have figured out yet we take our american football serious and disparingly, jokingly etc. remarks about it's stars whether at a small level or big is taken as a punch to the gut or a challenge. I spend hours here and there on rivals.com arguing all the time with people about it and it's intricacies. I don't know where your from but I am guessing either Breat Britain or Australia is my guess but what you said I suppose is akin to me saying some player from Manchester United who hurt his big toe should take up a real sport in American Football and be a man about it.

Wow, ordered the special package and everything on directv so i could see this game...what a disappointment. I can't even remember the last time we lost to East. Oh wait, yes I can, it was Schartz's first year as head coach, i didnt get to play due to injury. We lose 21-0, can't even run the ball for more than a yard or 2? Are you freaking kidding me. That was the most pathetic display of football I have ever seen. My God, after Pick, Thompson is the best player on the team, I think he got the ball once, yes just ONCE. Pack it in fellas, its going to be a long season.

You should have just spent the 10 bucks, and went to the game! Of course, you might not live close?? I too, was very disappointed, but the circumstances surrounding the game didn't help any. On top of that, East's running backs were too fast and strong in the long run. I was impressed that our D held them down for most of the game, until we got worn down. I'm not sure how much Brayton has worked at QB, but not enough to get his offense moving. With Kale playing, I would say that Dodge wins by at least two touchdowns. The passing game was open, just no one to complete the passes. Once you go to a one dimensional game, you are beat!

Yep, hear you loud and clear. And yea, if I was in DC I would have just went, no can do when you live 8 hours away though.

They got SHUT OUT by East. I don't ever remember being shut out, let alone by East. How are they going to beat Hutch, GC, or even Goddard to have a chance at the playoffs if they can't beat East?

East isn't the team that you played. East never had the nations top college prospect nor did they have such a quick and agile runningback during your time. If you woulda played that team, they would have done a little more than just 21-0. You may have ordered the game, but did you watch it? Don't shy away from the question though....worst game you've ever seen? Please.

This is true, but we didn't have any D-1 recruits on our team either. East always has fast running backs. Yes I watched the game, maybe I should rephrase, thats the worst offensive football game I have seen? Is that a little better?
