I don't think I argued who was a better team. And yep, we didn't win a game that year. The point is that DC is NOT supposed to lose to East, it just doesn't happen. Especially not in Dodge with the type of team that they supposedly have this year. Maybe its just me being hard headed and stubborn, I don't really know, but thats just the way I see it.

Back in the "good ol' days", the Demons never lost to anyone, until we got to State!! However, back then, we had a much larger talent pool from which to choose. As for this years team, I don't care who you are, if you lose your starting QB like that, you will struggle for awhile or for the rest of the season. Same with East, if they lost the Brown Bros, they would go in the crapper!

Dodge City is not "supposed" to lose to anyone. They are expected to win every game but sometimes they meet a BETTER team and that is the case with East. They were a better team. It may have been a different story if Pick would of played and we went to battle with "the type of team that they supposedly have this year."

Good thing they didnt "pack it in"....................Dodge City 43 Wichita North 0 Not too bad

Come on dude, North is possibly the worst team in 6A, except maybe South. As for East winning the city league, I don't think that will happen. I think they will lose to Heights, NW, and Carroll, if they play all of those teams. I don't think they can play them all because of the size of the league though.
